Will be available May 1st Private room in a large, beautifully renovated, classy home in a nice Guildford-Fleetwood neighbourhood. The room is smaller but stylish and thoughtfully furnished. Room has a small closet with under bed drawers will be furnished with bed, dresser, desk, and Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is a bathroom right near your bedroom that will be shared with one other female roommate. Includes high speed internet, utilities, laundry once a week, and a parking spot on the driveway. Bus stops for 335 Surrey Central/Newton and 326 Guildford/King George both about 8mins walk.

You will be living with me and my daughter and another roomie. Each person has their own private room. Shared spaces include living room, rec room, backyard, and kitchen. We are all tidy, trustworthy, respectful working people who get along well. Looking for someone with similar values. My daughter is well behaved and spends 3 days with her dad.
