A well-lit and spacious room for a person who enjoys a good view when relaxing, studying or working from home. The unit is multiple levels above ground-level, so the view affords a good distance.

No pets, no couples, no parties, and no smoking/drugs of any kind. You can have an overnight Guest(s) a maximum of three nights per week.

Included in monthly rent are utilities, Internet and in-unit Laundry.

Nearby Academic Institutions are York University and Humber College.

I require that we work together and make a roommate rules agreement that we both agree on.

If interested, please contact me for a video chat interview firstly (30 minutes), then in-person meeting secondly (30 minutes), then tour of the space/room thirdly (30 minutes) if our chats go well.

For the in-person meeting please have a “Letter of Employment” and Paystub(s), so I can review. If you have additional documents, then feel free to bring them (as long as it doesn’t compromise your privacy and security).

I’m a 37 year-old male who is enrolled in a demanding online-schooling program that takes most of my free-time. I usually wear headphones, and don’t have much opportunity to socialize due to my studies. My activities are mainly work, online school, light exercise, light video-gaming, and light music practice (sound from the instruments are pumped to my headphones only).
