Ava's room

Our property is a 2-storey house with 5 bedrooms which is located in Guildford-Fleetwood area. Just across the street (96 Ave) is the North Surrey Secondary School. It has 3 bedrooms on the second floor (where our family occupies) and Bus stop is just 3 mins walk from the house. Our house is very close to Guildford Mall (5mins drive), Central Surrey City Mall (10mins drive), parks (Hawthorne Park, Holly Park and Green Timbers Urban Forest Park, Tinehead Park. Grocery & other well-known stores (to name a few: Walmart, Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, Fresh St. Market, T&T Supermarket, Shoppers Drug Mart) are also just minutes away either by foot or a very short drive.

2 guest bedrooms are available for rent on the Ground level. One bedroom can accommodate 2 guests (2 beds) while the other can only accommodate one (1 bed). Ground floor has a separate, living room, dining area and washroom. We are located on the north side of Surrey.
