Bedrock Drive

I have 1 separate bedroom available in a 3 story townhouse with a backyard and park behind. You will have access to your own private bathroom as well. Situated in a great family community and a very quiet area with lots of hiking trails around. All living spaces will be shared.

All bills with internet included.

I park in the garage. Driveway parking extra or there are a few spots in the townhouse complex or street parking.

I’m a 37 year old single male who owns the property and stay in the master bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is my office and I work from home. I’m very friendly and like gaming, basketball, music, motorcycles, and enjoy cooking.

I’m a very clean person and hope for the same.

Would love to find someone to live with who can be a friend. I don’t mind who it is as long as you are a clean person, will also cook, and help with the chores.
