Crestway Drive

A neat and quiet condo in barrhaven with high ceilings and a balcony. There is a bathroom with a stand up shower and a big bathtub. The room for rent has a closet for your clothes and a small storage room. The one catch is there is a litter box in the storage room that one of my cats needs access to. The door has a hole cut into it so he can get in and out. I will also need to get in there to clean it. I have two cats but the other box is in the laundry room. litter boxes are cleaned twice a day so there is no litter smell.

I am a 34 year old female. I own the condo and am currently on temporary leave from work. I am a pretty laid back person but I am very neat so I would need someone who is that way as well.
