- Backyard is frequented by a herd of deer who love to graze and hang out. They are very cute and curious
- Comes with 1 uncovered parking space. If you have a visitor, they will likely be able to fit their car behind yours
- Located in North Kelowna, close to the Brewery District. 5 minute walk to Knox Mountain for hiking, 25/30 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of bike infrastructure to get around as well. If you have a car, everything is about a 7 minute drive away. Neighbourhood is lovely, safe, and quiet

- 22 year old female
- Recent graduate from the University of Guelph, relocated to BC in late May
- Working from home full time, M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
- Clean and organized, house is always kept in really good shape & I’m hoping to find someone who is likeminded in this regard
- People don’t come over often, but I’m cool with you inviting friends over as long as you’re respectful and approve with our landlords upstairs
- Currently in the process of adopting a single cat or bonded pair, so unfortunately no other pets allowed (sorry!). Must be okay living with said pets, which will be friendly and well looked after
- Very easy going, conscientious, and all about open communication. I want this to feel just as much your home as it is mine! :)
