Bedroom available for rent in a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath downtown apartment. Rent is $1175 (plus 1/2 of utilities) and it is available October 1st! Alternatively I would be open to renting out the primary bedroom (with walk-through closets and attached ensuite) for $1225. Preference will be given to female young working professionals or students.

The apartment is located at The Dolphins in downtown Kelowna. It is walking distance to bus routes, shopping, beaches, restaurants, and all the attractions downtown Kelowna has to offer.

The bedroom is a good size and you would have a private bathroom. The place will be fully furnished (different than the furniture in the pictures) except for your room.

Free street parking (with no restrictions) is about a 5 minute walk away and pay street parking is available directly outside the complex (pay parking is Monday to Saturday from 9am-6pm). Alternatively, there may be a possibility to talk to the building manager about renting a covered parking space.
