Michelle's room

The room is located within a well-maintained condominium building, located literally right next to the metro station (Métro Cartier) and is only 25 mins from downtown, and even closer to Jean Talon market and the plateau.

It’s a fully furnished room, with a queen-size bed (which can be folded up when not in use), desk, closet and private bathroom (shower, toilet & vanity). There is also a black-out blind for sleeping as well as daytime blind (zebra style).

The unit is well sound-proofed, and you will have access to the common areas of the unit (kitchen, dining & living area, and balcony). The kitchen is well-equipped with a modern convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is central AC and electric heating. Internet is included, but if you crank up the heat too much in the winter months then I will ask you to pay extra ($15-$30).

You will be sharing the unit with myself (I’m a teacher). I don’t have children but I do have a cat who is very sociable. This is not the place for you if you don’t like cats or if you are allergic. Arielle likes people and cuddles so you may want to bear this in mind :)

I’m quite easy going, I don’t mind guests, but not during the week. I have a heavy workload so during the week, I don’t stay up late, but I am more sociable on weekends and may have friends over for dinner from time to time - and you’re welcome to join :)
