Ashley's room

I am renting out my fully furnished room in an upper suite of a house from October 1st to December 31st (there can be a few days of flexibility in that). The property is a 15 minute bike from Uvic. I live with two female roommates who are both students. We are looking for a quiet individual similar to our age to sublet my room. We are a no smoking/vaping, no party/alcohol, no pets household.

A good fit would be someone respectful and kind who is interested in forming a community.
