I’ve got a room available in Kitchener, perfect for a single female or single female w/ child. Here are the details:

Location: Right across from Victoria Park! A 1-minute walk to The Boathouse, and just 5 minutes to the Charles Street Transit Bus Depot. It’s the upper level of a Victorian home with other tenants living below.

Your room: The room is really spacious, with enough room for a couch, desk, living area, and a bed. We’ll be sharing the kitchen, a bathroom with two sinks, and a balcony. You’ll have plenty of closet space, and there’s some extra shared storage at the back of the apartment if needed.

Price: $1,000 all-inclusive! (covers hydro, electricity, and internet). There’s a small laundry room on-site, and if you need it, we might be able to arrange for a parking space.

Other Details: I have a 1-year-old female cat. The space could potentially be pet-friendly, as long as your pet is well-socialized.

The Apartment: A “work in progress” as I’ve just moved in myself! Great windows in the kitchen. I’m open to all kinds of decor ideas to make the space our own. Tenants live in unit below us.

Availability: Oct 1 or sooner.
