Safe Area not too far from the university. Brand new apartment building. 2 bedroom apartment, you will have your own bedroom. shared kitchen/bathroom, laundry is located in the apartment. NO Parking available.

It is just my 2 cats and I, I am quite, clean and am looking for someone who will respect my cats, myself and the living space. I will occasionally have people over, no parties as it is a quite building. I work 8-5pm.
