Myself my wife and our little dog that live there. We been in this house for 10 yr. We both work and wife smokes outside as no smoking in the house. We r pretty quiet, clean couple, we respect others space. We are looking for a month to month renter that stays longer then 2 months and has a steady income to pay rent on time.
