Must like cats as I have 2 (they’re very friendly and well trained) Must like dogs as landlords have 3 (all 3 so lovely and friendly aswell) House is located on Garden Bay Rd. 5 minutes to Garden Bay Lake and 5 minutes to John Henry’s Marina. Room can be furnished or unfurnished (currently includes Queen size bed, desk, chair, dresser, clothing rack and 2 small side tables. Can inherit as little or as much of these as you like at no extra cost) Parking available. Lots of storage both in the unit and in adjoining area (pictured) Rent: 1050 including 1/4 of utilities ABOUT I have lived here for 5 months and it’s been a dream. If I wasn’t moving back to Australia I would stay perpetually. There is so much space and my housemate (Katie) and upstairs neighbors are so welcoming and community oriented but also extremely respectful of space and boundaries. They have all gone above and beyond during my time here to make me feel right at home and a part of the beautiful community here in Garden Bay. The beautiful Pender Harbor Marina is just a few minutes walk down the road and pristine Garden Bay lake is equidistant in the other direction. Surrounded by forest it’s an idyllic location. You will be living with Katie, she is self employed and an amazing room mate. Loves to be social but also very respectful of space and boundaries. I have never lived with someone that was so easy to live with. She keeps the place very clean and tidy but also loves to have fun and organise fun things. If I wasn’t moving back to Australia I would love to continue living in this dream home with this amazing house mate.
