The place is 3 minutes walk from Jolicoeur metro station, as well as the nearest bus station. The place is also 8 minute walk from Provigo. We have nice parks nearby and a church across the street.
Utility and Internet is included. We have washing machines and dryers in the house.
About the roomies
We have 3 living in the apartment currently. 2 students on the first floor and the landlord in the basement. The landlord is very nice and easy going. I am a student(male) who is finishing his undergrad in McGill. The other housemate is also a student(male) who is starting his masters in Concordia.
We are very easy going, hang out time to time and enjoy cooking together on the weekends.
