I’m looking to rent out the spare room in my two bedroom apartment in the Centrepointe area. I have 2 cats so must be okay with cats, however they can be the only cats in the house.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor walk up and features a small balcony. The bedroom features a large window, closet and comes furnished with a queen sized bed with under bed storage, a desk and chair. Can be offered unfurnished if that is the preference!

Primary bathroom is shared and there is a powder room as well. The apartment features in unit washer & dryer.

Ideally looking for a roommate that does not have a vehicle as parking is limited. There are plenty of visitors parking so if you have a vehicle occasionally then you can use visitors parking for those dates. The parking lot is routinely monitored and visitors parking is done with an app with a 3 day max. Baseline bus terminal is a 10 minute walk away

Rent is $950 plus utilities. Utilities are roughly $185 per month per person, however will fluctuate depending usage and weather (hoping for a mild winter because the gas prices are wild!!) utilities include water, gas, hydro and internet.

I’m 29 years old and looking for someone to share my place with that I get along with! I work in the hospitality industry, and my hobbies include reading, plants, binge watching new series, cooking & baking, and trying new restaurants.
