Jaime's room

One furnished (bed + desk) bedroom available for rent on the corner of Arbutus and King Edward. Less than a minute away from Route 25 stop to UBC, or Route 16 stop to downtown. Safeway within walking distance.

Current roommate will be moving back to the states and I am looking for someone to take over his room. Rent ($918) covers everything (electricity + wifi). I am unsure of the exact size of the room, but I think it’s about 12ft x 10ft (with a closet not pictured). Kitchen has an electric stove + oven, fridge, and microwave which would be shared with me. My roommate is scheduled to move out before Oct 1st, but he can move out earlier if needed.

I have a dog so you have to be ok with him walking/laying around general area, obviously will not enter your room. I am a graduate student, so I would prefer a student, or working professional as well.

Easy going PhD student. Mostly work and walk my dog. Dog is 9 years old and mostly sleeps all day, does get excited when I get home. Usually quiet. Looking to finish up my final year of schooling.
