The condo is open concept, the roomie will have the living room space as their room. They will need to get a bed and drawer. I also live there and this will be for a trial period of 3 months, will get extended if all goes well. The person will ideally have their own car since transport in Repentigny is better with car. Parking is available. Electivy, internet, water bill is included into the rent price of 450 $. Bathroom and Kitchen will be shared. A female roommate who is very clean, quiet, no pets allowed. The building is right next to a lac which has a great view and great place for nature walk daily. Stores are also 10 min drive away and highway is nearby too.

I am the owner of the condo who lives there but I work full time and also go away for the weekend. I prefer a roommate who is very clean.
