Furnished or unfurnished Room available May 1st or later Good sized bedroom in an 2 bedroom condo unit available. Large windows and good sized closet. You would have full access to the main bathroom storage and vanity but we would share the shower. I would use the separate ensuite bathroom for everything else.

The unit is on the top floor so you get a beautiful view and lots of light. There is no elevator in the building so going up a few flights of stairs is required. Access to large kitchen, dishwasher and all appliances.

The unit should have everything you need (pots & pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc) the living area uses smart lights to adjust lighting during the day. The unit has two couches, balcony, two access doors and very large bedroom and entrance closets.

The condo has a detached gym and party room available two doors down. You just use an access code to go in so it is open 24/7 We are within walking distance of a few bus stops and close enough to walk to Kanata centrum, farm boy, shoppers drug mart and a few food places. The neighbourhood is very quiet and has multiple bike and forest trails near by.

Since I don’t own a vehicle there is an available parking spot and visitor parking also behind the unit.

Hello my name is Precia, I’m 25 years old. I’m very quiet, I don’t drink, smoke, party or stay up late. I’m normally in bed no later than 11pm or earlier since I often work an early shift. I love playing board games, Nintendo switch games and watching shows/movies at home. I went to collage for photography and then travel and tourism. I currently work full time in Bayshore

I prefer not to have visitors over often and will always let you know if I plan on haven’t someone come visit. I would expect the same from my roommate

I cook and bake occasionally but this is not an every day occurrence and am not in the kitchen all that often. I keep everything very clean and don’t like too much clutter.

I have a 8 year old very fluffy cat named cheddar. He sheds quite a bit so I often vacuumed once every day or two. He is generally friendly but doesn’t like to be bothered most of the re time. He will often come lay beside you (or on your lap) if you’re sitting on the couch.
