Cottage house with backyard and outdoor parking. Two rooms available in basement. 8 mins drive to costco, grocery stores, and university of Quebec in Trois Rivières (Half hour walk or 15 mins bike; 8 mins drive)

I am in my 40s and am looking for a friendly companion preferably woman, non smoker, with no pets. I work from home and have family visits to assist with maintenance. May need help to just remove trash for collect days or at times removing snow at entrance when necessary.
