Location is just off of Shelbourn between Hillside and Cedar Hill. Super Close to UVIC, Camosun, major bus routes ,coffee shops, restaurants, parks, Mt. Tolmie and Hillside shopping Center!

Ideally I am looking to rent to a quiet respectful working student or mature fully employed professional in need of a rental. Location wise this is ideal.

No hard drug users, parties, or heavy drinkers please. This is a 420 friendly household though and there is a beautiful backyard, deck to utilize as well as a large garage for any needed storage. There is street parking right in front of the house.

The room can come either furnished with a bed, night stand, dresser and cabinet or can be unfurnished for you to bring your own furniture.
