Amanda's room

This is a private room in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in downtown Kitchener, very close to the central station stop on the ION. It is an old house that is split into two renovated apartments (with separate entrances) and mine is the top half of the old house. In your room, you have access to a private balcony and you will have your own parking spot. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished with my stuff (but I am open to remodeling). The kitchen is newly renovated with nice appliances and a big bright window. We also have in-unit laundry + a cute cat.

My name is Amanda, I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Waterloo. I have a cat named Mittens (who is extremely friendly and cute) and a very cute apartment that I am looking to share with someone. I like to cook, take care of my plants, listen to true crime podcasts, and explore the city. I am really looking to be friends with my roomie because I am an extrovert and I love people. Other than that I am a very clean person and I love a good weekend deep clean, I like a decently quiet weekday night as I’m usually working but I also love to have people over on the weekends.
