3 bedroom house with large yard fenced yard and dog run. 4 Large raised garden beds and the backyard boasts three cherry trees, two plum trees, a pear tree, as well as blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, thimble berries, huckleberries, rhubarb and a young kiwi tree.

There’s a fully equipped eat in kitchen. The Master bedroom with a King bedroom suite including vanity and bench.

We have only been here a few months ourselves, so still getting organized.

Smart TV with Netflix, Disney, Prime, Apple TV, etc etc. Each room has AC and a ceiling fan. Pet friendly.

You have full access to the formal Living and Dining room as well as in house laundry, storage area, etc.

It is important that anyone moving in understands that this is not a rooming house. Enjoy the spaces here as you are at home.

Quite chill environment with an extremely well trained 10 year old emotional support dog.

We are clean, quiet, enjoy a good board game, make wine and beer so yes we drink occasionally, but if you do not drink responsibly, this is not the place for you.

We like to have a nice brunch on the weekends and we share in the upkeep of our home and have some pride in that.

I am a writer, Author, Ghostwriter and my current roommate is on PWD and has kind hearted, helpful and supportive.
