Furnished private room in a luxurious building. Right on the Fraser River with ample nature trails to enjoy. A short trip to either 22nd Street or New Westminster Stations. The room has built in storage, a queen sized bed and desk space to work at.
The shared living room, kitchen and balcony are free to share. There is a spa, hot tub, party room, theatre, gym and small library in the building. All amenities are open for use. Indoor parking is a possibility.
About the roomies
I am the only other resident here. I am self-employed and work quite a lot. I live a quiet life, respect boundaries and keep the home clean. I enjoy getting out to hike, kayak or snowboard, so finding someone who might enjoy the same would be nice, but not required.
