Lisa's room

Room for rent for single occupancy in a 4 bed/2 bath shared house available Oct 15 or Nov 1 for $1,000 / month incl. utilities on a month-to-month agreement.

The room is furnished and comes with a queen-size bed. There is a dedicated master bathroom with bathtub and double vanity that is otherwise only used by house guests. Kitchen, living room, dining area and outdoor spaces are shared. House is located in Old Glenmore, close to downtown and at a major bus route with a direct connection to UBCO.

We’re a 30-something couple, both working professionals. Lisa works from home full-time and Adam is currently working on a 2 weeks on/1 week off schedule. We are outdoorsy and active people, always skiing in the winter or camping and hiking in the summer. We occasionally foster dogs for limited periods.
