As my previous roommate just moved back to the US, I am looking for a VERY CLEAN, FRIENDLY, AND RESPONSIBLE roommate to take over his room in my 2BR 2Bathroom Condo.

The available room is furnished with a bed and dresser. It has a closet and floor to ceiling window with a 20th floor view of downtown.

The apartment is fully furnished (i.e. couch, TV, kitchen supplies, etc.). There is a washer and dryer, and a storage room that we can share. There is a balcony connected to the living room with views of BC Place and downtown.

The buildings amenities include a fitness center, pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, media room, and event rooms that can be booked.

I am looking to sublet the room starting 12/1.

I am ideally looking for a male in their 20s or early 30s (females can inquire as well). Plus if you’re into the arts/an artist.
