Hello! Looking to rent out a room in my furnished townhouse. All utilities and internet are included in the rental cost. There is street parking at no additional cost, the garage is not shared. I am wanting to do a month to month lease, with a maximum of 6 months (when my current lease ends). I am trying to decide on renewing come September, so I would rather be up front on the time frame.
Upstairs there is three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is converted into an office as I use it for school. You will have access to your own full bathroom. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and two small nightstands.
I am a single gay man, 35 living alone in this unit. I do not smoke cigarettes or party. The unit is a non smoking unit. I work a Monday to Friday 8-4 shift, so up early in the mornings. It would be great to find someone with a similar schedule to avoid annoying one another with sleeping schedules.
Ideally a quiet, respectful roommate would be nice. Non smoking and no hard drugs are permitted on the property.
Background/employment checks will be required as I had some terrible experiences in the past.
