Kasandra's room

I’m renting a room in a two bedroom basement apartment, I have 2 dogs, everything is shared space other than the rooms.there is full laundry room included as well as a shared yard with the upstairs tenant. Hydro and gas is not included but it is only 30%.

I’m a smoker but not indoors and cannabis friendly, I’m currently looking for a roommate that will be comfortable around dogs and okay with a shared space. I have family and friends by sometimes on the weekends for fires and such as well.
