All utilities are included. Wifi, hydro, heat, hot water and laundry. 5 minute walk to bus route going both ways. Must love animals as I have 2 cats and a dog. Sorry no more animals on property I’m looking for a clean, quiet, respectful roomate. Who doesnt smoke, party, drink excessive alchohol and do drugs. I’m not into having people invited over all the time. As I do the same. Also I’m very quiet, clean, respectful working professional. I’m looking to start short term 1-3 month lease.
