Claire's room

I am a single mother with a 6 year old daughter recently divorced. I live in a very large home which is also a bi generation home with my parents. They have there separate attached living space. My home has 5 bedrooms and is 4 floors (split level) 2 full bathrooms, a basement with one bedroom a gym and living room. Each room is closed. I would like to build a bathroom in the basement as well so you would have your own private area. completely closed. I am quiet and I work from home. I own my own company. We live on 16,000 square feet of land with a large fenced backyard and an inground pool. I like to host but am very respectful of others and am an early sleeper. I like quiet. I cook well, I can cook for you as well if you contribute to groceries. 150/week I am 37. I am also open to exchanging yard work and house work (help with caring for the animals) for a discount on the food and or rent. We have 2 cats, a bunny rabbit and a 3 month old german Shepard. We love animals. I have a cleaning lady every week but she will not touch the basement. I will be very selective.

My parents live in the attached portion of my home which is not connected inside. They have their own entrance on the side of the house.
