I’m looking for someone to share this beautiful 1.5 year old apartment in south vancouver with me long term! It’s a 2 bed 1 bath 738sqft apartment on the third floor with a private balcony. I’m currently looking for someone to fill the second unfurnished bedroom (roughly 90 sqft). The unit includes floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning, in-suite laundry, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, and shower with rainfall shower head + soaker tub. Underground secure parking is available for $150/month or there is also street parking near by (im unsure of the price of permits). The building has lots of amenities, some of which include: a gym, concierge, car washing station, pet washing station, Connivence store, Liquor store, Vet, Physio, Rooftop terrace (which includes a bbq), pharmacy, barcelos and quiznos. Nearby Groceries/Shops/Restaurants/Schools/Parks include: 7-Eleven, TLC Medical Clinic, optometrist, George Park, Subway, Pho Zen, Agra Tandoori Kitchen, Esso, New Fishport Seafood Bistro, Real Canadian Superstore Marine Drive & many more. Bus stops are conveniently located, all within a 5 minute walk. Commute to Downtown is roughly 20 to 40 minutes via car & 40 to 60 minutes via bus/skytrain.

Hi, My names Nehtanis, I’m a clean, quiet and friendly 20 year old women! I’m a laid back person and quite easy to get along with. I spend most of my time hanging out in my room as I have a full time work from home job (this doesn’t require you to be quiet throughout the day, don’t worry). In my spare time I like to draw, listen to music, go to festivals/shows, go on drives, and mostly just relax. I keep to myself quite often but do like having a roommate who I can occasionally socialize and chat with. I don’t have people over very often, but have no problem with you having people over as long as I am made aware ahead of time and they are respectful of the space. The building and unit is pet friendly, my cat sadly passed last year, so i am open to a well behaved cat/small dog joining the space (though the final say is up to the landlord) :) The reason i’m looking for a roommate is my current roommate/long time friend was given an amazing job offer, that he sadly has to move for. The lease is being amended which means a security deposit isn’t needed. If you would like to chat with him about living with myself as a roommate, that is something that can be set up!
