It’s a cheap and clean downtown appartment, I dont know how else I can explain it. Everything I ever need is a walking distance away. There are 3 nearby metro stations. We have access to the roof, with a lovely view. The heating, WIFI and basically all expenses are included in the rent price. Perfect for college students since it’s cheap and close to McGill, Concordia and UDEM

My room mate and I are ex-military college students. We are layed back and easy going. As long as you are clean, communicative and friendly, we’ll get along. Our last roomie was a girl who was also ex-military, she moved out because she re-joined the military. We would much prefer a female roomie to balance out the energy in the house. However we don’t discrimate, if you’re a chill dude and we like your vibe, we won’t turn you away.
