Located a 2 minute walk from Bunn’s Creek Trailhead and a view of the urban forest of Bunn’s Creek from the front windows! Walk through the forest every day!!! It’s the best!

1 bedroom available with LOTS of storage available in the garage. Bedroom is unfurnished, the rest of the home is furnished. Cupboard space for linens/toiletries and kitchen cupboard/pantry space will be available for your use.

Must love animals, I have one small dog (who also happens to be the cutest dog in the world!) and a sweet kitty. Sorry, no other pets.

I have a quiet lifestyle and am working on developing an online based life and spiritual coaching business. I have a couple of side gigs teaching yoga and serving at a restaurant.

I have an optimistic outlook on life and thrive on growing and learning and would prefer to have someone around who has a similar outlook. I’m okay with an occasional drink, but if you are a cannabis user, smoker, ever drink heavily or lean on a daily drink, we wouldn’t be a good fit.

I’m not looking for a new bestie, but am interested to get to know and enjoy the company of my house mate. Looking for someone who is friendly and can engage in light and maybe occasionally deep conversation.

When I’m home, I’m mostly in my office so you’ll have much space to yourself.

The home includes: stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, HE laundry, central air conditioning, jet tub, park like fenced back yard with fire pit, deck and mature trees.

Beyond the premium amenities and gorgeous neighbourhood rent also includes: all utilities (heat,electricity,water) wifi, parking spot, snow removal, lawn care,…live in a house instead of an apartment and not have to do any yardwork or shovelling! :D Huge amount of storage space in garage that you could pontentially rent out to a local if you don’t need it.
