Bedroom in a 2 bedroom condo for storage, secured gated underground parking spot and a mailbox to receive mail/deliveries. Hi, I’m Brian and I own and live in a 2 bedroom condo near Rogers Arena. I don’t use the 2nd bedroom or the parking spot. I am basically looking for a roommate that won’t live there. Perfect for someone who is travelling. You can use the address as your address to receive mail(I would collect the mail/deliveries for you) or for any reason you need a fixed address.

Bedroom is 12’x9’ including the closet. Parking spot is in a gated/patrolled secured underground. Short or long term. You will have to pay a $150 move in fee to the building upon move in(this secures one of the elevators for the move) and a $150 move out fee upon moving out….AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!

I will be the only one living in the condo. Your items would be safely secured in a bedroom that would only be used by you.
