I’m not in a huge rush, I’d like to get to know you first before we make plans to make sure you’re not crazy 😃 definitely would be for the future.

Rent would be split. 630 each, includes water and heat, electricity is usually around 65 dollars. That would be split. Wifi would also be split. No dogs, cats are absolutely welcome, and smoking cannabis is prohibited on the premises (not my rules lol). It’s a two bedroom, nothing special.

I mostly keep to myself in my room and play video games. Sometimes I play acoustic guitar but of course never after 10. Sometimes I draw. I have ADHD so please keep that in mind. I’m looking for a like-minded individual that I’d get a long with.
