Hi I have a clean furnished spare room that I am renting out to a single professional, located Southeast Edmonton, shared bath, kitchen and laundry. Minutes drive to Millwoods town centre. Close to all amenities and easy access to major highways. Street parking is available otherwise few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

The place will be shared with myself and i have a small dog. Sorry won’t be allowing another pet.

No partying, no smoking, no drugs, nor crazy drinkers. Just be mindful and always clean after yourself is all i am asking. Thank you!
