FOR RENT:One year lease on a room in two bedroom/one bathroom apartment.

Hello. I have a pretty nice 2 bedroom apartment in a pretty nice building in an even nicer area (Fairfield) that I currently share with a couple who are unfortunately moving back home across the country in November. I would love to share it with someone else. Only heat and water is included. There is ample street parking but you can pay for a monthly spot with the building. It’s a Devon building but by chance my mom is the manager so the application process is super painless and I have a storage unit that we wouldn’t need to pay for to share. Free bike key too. Card op laundry. No dishwasher. Basically it’s an apartment. It’s unfortunately not pet friendly but I am vapourizer friendly. We would have a collaborative shared space in the living room and our own private spaces in our bedrooms of course. I don’t have a lot of furniture so if you do that’s awesome you can fill up the place.
