About the room
Available Nov.1st @ surrey central Furnished One bedroom + den $1100 for single occupancy . 1400 for double occupancy ( den is under renovation, will be finish before Nov. )
The room and den can be refurnished based on your need . I can put in another single bed or have a double bed, den has a door so it can be used as a separate room or a living room.
Location: 3 mins walk to surrey central station, 2 mins to Surrey central shopping mall, 30 mis one train ride to downtown vancouver , Walmart, TNT , restaurants , coffee shops. 5 -10 mins walking distance to everything you need, library, SFU , KPU, city hall, community Centre and more
Outdoor Heated swimming pool open between May and Octo.
You will be sharing washroom with another 1 to 2 person. You will be sharing the house with me and another 2 working professional.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the house with 3 other working professionals, age varies, all quite and respectful, no party in the house, friends and family visit are welcome.
