Hi, One bedroom available in a two bedrooms apartment in the West End, very close to Stanley Park (1min walk), grocery shopping and gym 5 mins walk away. Super bright even in winter due to the large windows, very quiet too. All bills included (I deal with that). Parking spot in the basement available for CAD100 a month, bike storage too if needed for free. The whole apartment is fully furnished already (projector in the living room). The furniture in the bedroom can be bought from my current roomie.

This is not a party apartment, if you want to party, or invite friends every weekend, that’s not a place for you. You can have guests obviously, just no party. Vegan / Vegetarian diet highly preferred.

No pet allowed in the building, however if you have a cat, we can possibly negotiate or make it discreet ;)

If we are a match, you’ll have to fill out an application to the building manager and then you’ll be added to the lease.

The building manager is on top of everything and answers to any query in a timely manner.

I’m Max, originally from France and been living in Vancouver for a bit more than a year and a half (lived in the UK for 7 years prior to that). I’ve been in this apartment for just over a year and I love it, my current roommate is moving back to Australia so I need someone to take over his room :)

I work in tech, working from home most days, usually go to the office once or twice per week for now. I’m a 31 years old gay white man. Not particularly looking for a queer person as long as you are LGBTQ+ friendly. I like travelling, biking, hiking, chilling at home, coffee out, movies in the winter, not really a party person. I’ve been vegan for like 5 years and that’s quite important to me, healthy lifestyle people to the front.

You must be super clean and quiet, we clean the flat once a week and have a robot cleaner that I use like 2/3 times a week.
