Looking for a jolly roomie to co-create the warmest home. Available after Oct 7th with flex end date. I’m goofy and can’t seem to stop vacuuming. If you get turned on by crumb-free counters, your help is appreciated.

We are in south Squamish Bosa development. 7 minute walk to Nester’s Grocery in downtown.
You share the house with 2-3 respectful house mates. You get your own bathroom (sometimes shared bathtub) and your sunny room faces the Chief and comes furnished with a twin bed and desk. $1150/month plus electricity. Includes high speed internet. Deposit and excellent landlord reference required.

Storage for your bike and ski gear available. Plenty of parking. Non-smokers/no pets please.

We are early 30s. Work in finance and philanthropy.

My routine includes pourovers in am, wfh during day, wind down btw 9-10pm, lights out before 11pm. And I enjoy a late night with a bottle of bold red on occasion.

I frequent Whistler/Vancouver and run monthly Costco trips. Would love to share music and hike together.
