Possibility of moving in mid-April at a pro-rated amount.

Private room, calm and quiet, overlooking trees and green space. Fully furnished with bed + linens, desk, chair, laundry basket, etc.

Suite is on top floor (4th) of small apartment building, and neighbours are great. Safe building with central courtyard and shared barbecue. Close to Stanley Park and beaches.

Rent is all-inclusive of utilities, high-speed wifi, basic household supplies and kitchen staples (tp, laundry soap, spices, first aid supplies, etc.). Coin laundry available in building 24/7.

Open to reducing rent if you are away a lot or if you want to take on responsibility for household chores.

Non-negotiable: Must be OK with going scent free! No fragrances, including shampoo, lotion, deodorant, smelly aerosolized products, etc.

Since I’m self-employed and have health issues, I’m hoping for someone who is willing to negotiate mitigations for reducing the spread of communicable diseases (covid, measles, flu, etc.).

NOTE: A construction project is underway and will move to my side of the building sometime in the fall. As such, this room is probably better for those who are early risers and/or are out during the day. Rent will be reduced during this time.

I am the sole tenant and live here with my senior cat. I’m 42, queer, cis female, and neurodivergent. (She can’t live with any other pets, sorry.)

I’m self-employed and work from home, so between that and tending to my cat’s health, I am in this space almost 24/7.

I’m highly organized and tidy. I cook meat or fish approx. once/week. I’m climate and disability conscious.
