King size bed from Sleep Country, private entrance to a shared bathroom. Large balcony. Shared living room and kitchen. Internet and utilities included. I’m usually not home. Top floor of the building, high ceilings.

I live alone, sometimes my 2 sons are here. No pets. I have small office in my place, with its own door. I am in here most of the time, other times I am not home.
