-Located centrally in a very quiet & sweet neighbourhood in Fernwood with quick access to fernwood rd, hillside ave, cook street, downtown

-1100 incl ALL utilities (wifi, gas, hydro, and utilities).

-We moved in last month (September) and are still furnishing the common space slowly.

We are both in our mid 30’s and working from home, so ideally looking for someone who doesn’t.

Hugo works as a French tutor for government employees & Avleen works for a large software technology company.

We are both quiet and respectful of shared and common spaces, along with keeping them clean and tidy for others.

We like taking care of plants, cooking, cycling, hiking, escaping in nature, drinking tea/coffee/wine with friends, and watching movies.

We live in a relatively simple and minimalistic way and love keeping a peaceful, healthy & calm home environment.
