Must be neat & tidy. No overnight guests unless by prior arrangement. Half month rent deposit required to hold room. No parties, drugs, smoking, or vaping. This is not a place for friends to hang out day to day but organized things like dinner parties and BBQ’s are easy to arrange.

Rent is $900 + % utilities (~$80-$90) average/month) and includes wi-fi, smart TV with Netflix, Apple & Amazon, and laundry. There is some flexibility with the rent depending on length of stay.

Must have renters’ insurance (~average $20-25/month, but please verify for yourself).
