I’m LOOKING for a ROOMMATE to share a CONDO APARTMENT (790 sqft) located in a nice area, Eglinton Ave West & Scarlett Ave.

The Humber River trail is 2 min walking distance from the condo, Esso gas station 1 min away, TTC bus stop to Runnymede Subway station, just a few steps away from the condo. Walmart and other retail only 10 mins away. Its unimpeded views of the city skyline, Humber River, and 3 golf courses is what Etobicoke living is all about.

The person moving in will have their bedroom and their own bathroom just across from the room. We would be sharing common spaces (living room, kitchen, and balcony).

On-site laundry in the unit. Air conditioning included. The utilities will be included (heat & water only). You’ll be responsible for paying the electricity bill, which comes out to be roughly $50/month. I will be covering the internet bill.

The place is partially furnished in the common spaces that we’ll share but the bedroom you’ll be renting will be empty.

The underground vehicle parking spot is included in the rent, which is just beside my parking spot on P2.

Amenities include: Pool, Gym, Sauna, Party room, Theatre, Roof top patio, 24/7 Security.

The potential candidate must be a professional, with a full-time job that can provide 3 recent pay stubs, and can provide previous landlord’s contact info for reference purposes.

I’m looking to share the space with someone who is clean, respectful, and quiet. Furthermore someone who actively communicates with me, follows a cleaning schedule, respects my space & things, cleans up after themselves (especially after cooking). And is considerate with noise levels past a certain time. No pets.

I’m a 36 yr old male. Latino & single. I work for the Toronto Transit Commission. So I’m usually at work for a good 12 hrs a day. I’m self aware & I’m into health & fitness. I cook once a week most of the time for meal prepping. I don’t drink or smoke. When I’m not working I’m usually at the gym, relaxing at home, out for a walk or just chilling on the balcony with a good book.
