Charan's room

I have a 3 bed upper portion of house available to rent from immediately until April 4th 2023. It is a self contained unit with 2 bathrooms including 1 ensuite. The place is fully furnished and there is a nice backyard space too. There is park on the street and the area itself is extremly quiet with no through traffic. I can do a month-to-month lease if that suits as well. The rent we are looking for is around 2600-3000 (all utilities included) and this is negotiable dependent on length of stay. No pets allowed. The location is in Unsworth and extremly close to Garrison crossing and UFV.

The basement has 2 people staying down there who are pipeline workers and tend to work 12 hours a day and cause no hassle whatsoever.
