Full rumpus basement that is the size of the entire upstairs to yourself. There is a room through the laundry that the previous renter used as a massive walk in closet. Laundry is shared so I pass through every so often. Back room is private and I never have a need to go back there. Also a second room upstairs that I am turning into a workout room. Upstairs is available for communal use and obviously the kitchen is shared. If you ride a motorbike or have a dirtbike there is room for that in the garage and what ever other camping gear etc you might have. Utilities have never been more than 500 for a month and it’s an even split. Jet tub in the bathroom is a nice bonus. I have a friendly golden retriever so if you don’t like dogs it won’t be a good fit.

I am a student and I also work. I am home on and off and fairly easy going. I like to leave the kitchen clean so it’s available for whoever wants to use it. I smoke weed and enjoy good company. My dog and I enjoy going on adventures whenever we can. I ride a motorbike and have lots of hobbies and I’m happy to have someone in the house who maybe wants to do stuff together or not, what ever works and makes everyone happy. No hard drugs and no excessive drinking. Landlord would want you to fill out an application and show income etc
