About the room
Hi, I am a third year BBA/Comp Sci student at Laurier and I am looking for a girl to sublet my room to for the winter semester since I am on co-op. The room is cute and fully furnished as I am leaving my furniture here. The house is fully furnished with plenty of appliances, dishes and laundry. This house is a 4 minute walk to the Laurier campus and also very close to Conestoga and UWaterloo. More pictures and an in person tour are available upon request!
The bedroom comes full furnished and will have a twin bed, side table, desk, shelf and has a small closet area included.
About the roomies
We are all third year students (ages 20/21) and are female. There are 3 other roommates that you will be living with, 4 bedrooms in total (I am subletting a room on the upstairs floor). The roommates are very kind and chill, you are welcome to have any friends over etc. as long as you clean up after yourself.
