About the room
Summer sublet
My roommate has to move back home so his room will be vacant in May for 4 months. The room is a den converted into a full bedroom that can fit a queen size bed. You will have the bigger full bathroom for yourself.
Entire unit is fully equipped (washer/dryer/microwave/oven/full fridge etc) Room will not be furnished but shared area has necessary furniture so you will only need a bed. There is large closet and locker if you need storage.
If you plan on working/studying from home on some days you can use the desk in the living room.
Bills are split equally (hydro, water, internet, insurance).
Condo has gym, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, bbq area.
About the roomies
I am a working professional in accounting with hybrid working arrangement- works from home 2x a week. I am very chill. Would prefer to have someone chill as well and someone who I can vibe with from time to time. I drink/go out occasionally, don’t smoke, fairly active at the gym.
