About the room
I am renting a private basement apartment to one female tenant only. The space includes full bathroom and full kitchen with laundy washer and dryer. Apartment has its own locked door to the basement. Only shared space is the main entrance to the house. Tenant will be provided with own keys. Tenant pays for 1/4 of all utilities (amounts to a low amount each month).
