This apartment is located steps away from Osborne village! It has a beautiful rooftop patio which is available to book for parties. It has a movie room, gym and coffee machine in lobby for on-the-go. The unit itself is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, newly built (you’ll be the 2nd tenant to ever live in it). Quartz countertops, balcony, in-suite laundry. It’s 650ish sq ft. The room is big enough to fit a king size bed. It does not have a window.

I’m a nurse and also have a small dog! He is super well behaved and quiet. I do shift work so will sometimes sleep all day after night shifts so I would prefer a roomie that doesn’t work from home. I’m tidy and like a clean space! Message me to find out more
